Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods such as product launches, holidays, or for orders containing pre-order or backorder items.
Shipping Time
Once processed, orders are shipped the same day via USPS, UPS, or DHL. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited orders are prioritized and processed within 72 hours. Faster shipping methods are used once fulfilled.
If expedited processing exceeds 48 hours, you may request a refund for the expedited shipping cost by contacting our support team.
Large Items (Freight Shipping)
Oversized items such as barber chairs, mats, and station equipment are shipped via freight carriers. These items:
- Do not follow standard processing or delivery timelines
- Will receive separate tracking information via email
Drop Shipping
Some products may ship directly from our partners. This may result in:
- Multiple packages
- Separate tracking numbers
Preorders
Definition
Pre-order items are products that are currently out of stock but will be available soon. Full payment is collected at checkout.
Shipping
Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all items are available. For faster delivery, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock items.
Cancellations
Pre-orders may be canceled for store credit before fulfillment begins. Once tracking is created, cancellations are no longer permitted.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Barber Avenue is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Package Protection
All orders include default insurance coverage up to $200.
Additional package protection may be available at checkout for extended coverage against loss, theft, or damage.
Free Gift Policy
Free gifts are offered while supplies last and are not guaranteed.
To receive a free gift:
- It must be added to your cart
- It must appear on your order confirmation
Free gifts are subject to availability and may be substituted or removed if out of stock.
Sales Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
- Unauthorized returns may incur a restocking fee
- Orders cannot be canceled once packaged
- Cancellations may be subject to fees
- Orders not yet processed may qualify for store credit
Local Pickup
If local pickup is selected at checkout, you will receive a notification when your order is ready.
