Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final.
Due to the high volume of orders, Barber Avenue does not accept returns or exchanges on any products. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Any unauthorized returns sent back to us will be subject to a 45% restocking fee.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable under all circumstances:
- Used barber tools or equipment
- Opened or used hygiene-related products (including blades, razors, combs, brushes, etc.)
- Accessories that show signs of use or wear
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. While all sales are final, we may offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:
- The item arrives damaged (physical damage, packaging defects, or product flaws)
- You receive an incorrect item
To be eligible
- You must contact us within 2 days of delivery
- You must provide clear photos showing the issue
For incorrect items
- A free return shipping label will be provided
- Items must be returned unused and in original condition
- Once received, we will send the correct item or issue a refund
Refunds are only processed after returned items are received and inspected.
Damaged or Defective Products
- Items damaged during shipping may be covered under shipping insurance
- Defective products may be covered under the manufacturer's warranty
If your Barber Avenue product is still under warranty, please contact us for assistance with the claims process.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before they are packed for fulfillment
- Once an order has been packed, it cannot be canceled
Approved cancellations will be issued as store credit only.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- If shipping protection was purchased, please file a claim directly with the provider
- If not, shipments may be covered (up to a limited amount) by the shipping carrier
